SIXTH GENERATION ATHEISM AND THEISM
Every human being has an evolved physical body just like other mammals. This body is, like those of all other mammals, controlled with a physical computer we commonly call a brain. Then in addition to the brain, humanity has another extension to this computer which can take the human experience beyond the normal into the spiritual.
This makes humans calculating beings that can reason, be moral agents and can make spiritual contact with the supernatural with an extension that is commonly known as faith. These things are lacking in the rest of the animals.
That means one can safely say that humans are connected to the natural earth by their natural bodies and to the supernatural earth by the spiritual extension called faith.
The consequence of this is that all humans has two sides to them as human beings. These sides are animated in different ways. The body is just a vegetable if the brain doesn’t function. On the other side of the coin the spiritual body cannot operate without faith.
As we said, the human body is like that of all other mammals and the brain that drives the body is also the same as that of all other mammals. So, let’s call the physical side of a human that what it properly is: a mammal.
And mammals have no take on, or are not dictated to by gods, religion or holy books. Mammals lack any belief in gods, thus mammals are dictated to by nature. Thus, physical humans can be rightly called children of Mother Nature.
It is this quality of humans that give rise to the philosophy of Atheism. So, with humans being social animals, a Sixth-Generation secular government will be based on Atheism where no gods, religion or holy books would be allowed to disturb the tranquility of physical humanity, living in harmony with themselves as well as with the rest of natural life on earth.
And because every human on earth who breathes the breath of life can thus be rightfully classified as nothing more than mere mammals, every human on earth will subscribe to the secular authority.
However, things look different in the spiritual hemisphere. The spiritual side of a human being can also be called its alter ego. It is in fact a spiritual version of the natural person. As we already stated, this spiritual human is animated and driven by faith.
This extension of faith is the biggest distinction between humans and other mammals. No human being is without faith, in contrast with the other mammals that all lack faith.
Now faith can be described as a steering mechanism that can take a human being to different destinations of faith which are known to us as religions. Because every human has faith, every human is also tethered to the one or other religion. It doesn’t matter whether that is a mainstream religion, a sub-religion, whether that religion is centered upon human ability or nature.
It doesn’t matter if the religion is organised or just consisting of individuals. It doesn’t matter if the religion has holy books or not. Religion is the spiritual nature of human beings and is driven by faith. It is the opposite of the physical nature of human beings which is driven by nature.
It is this quality of faith in humans that give rise to the philosophy of Theism. So, with the two sides of humanity being so utterly diverse, Sixth Generation human government will have a dualistic nature of a secular government which we already briefly discussed and a completely separate Theocracy under which all different religions will resort.
This Theocracy must be a structure which is based on Theism, where gods, religion and holy books will be allowed to reign. However, because religions are so vastly diverse and it is so difficult for humans to see the complete picture of a single theocracy with different branches, a rule of spiritual Apartheid must be introduced to keep the order and no proselytizing between the religions will be allowed. Believers will also have the freedom to migrate between the religions as they wish, without fear of being prosecuted.
THE GOD MOUNTAIN
Because we use the example of Apartheid to illustrate the rigid separation that should be enforced between the different spiritual nations aka religions, we will use Table Mountain as a metaphor to explain how a concept of one and the same God can be split up into different concepts, where the one may be totally different from the other.
If one stands on Robbin Island, the view from there is normally the one that is found on postcards. However, when one traverse horizontally 360⁰ around the mountain the view changes dramatically. Only from directly overhead one gets an idea of the complex 360° view.
Now in the same manner the view of God changes from the different religious perspectives around the God-Mountain. Every religion faces the God-Mountain and has a different view on God and even people within the same denomination has their differences about God. It’s only God who has a view from overhead that can see all the religions at once.
That means that the concept of God must be very well managed within every religion, but believers will also have to be taught how the different religions interconnect like a jigsaw puzzle where, with a single piece missing, the 360° view around the God-Mountain won’t be complete. However, this is not the domain of the secular government. Here the Theocracy must take complete responsibility.
REVERSE THEISM (RTHEISM)
Proclaiming the alter ego of the gods: However, unlike with atheism, there is an opposing view to theism. Now one must not get confused between Atheism that has absolutely no view or stance on God i.e. lack believe in God, and humans who think they lack believe in God and wrongfully call themselves atheist. As we already discussed, all humans have the faith extension also known as a God-connection.
So the question is: Exactly what is it these humans spiritually see that make them think they don’t believe in God? Let’s get back to the Table Mountain metaphor. These so-called atheists are very normal human beings, but their spiritual vision is modified to see a different side of God.
They also see the God-Mountain, but they look through negative lenses. Like in the negatives of photos, they see left as right and light as dark. They see an inverted or reversed view of the God-Mountain.
For every view a theist has of God there is a reverse view. That means that these people are as diverse as the theists. The question is: why do these people see God in an altogether different mode than theists?
To understand this, one must look behind the veil that divide humans on earth and the angels (gods or Elohim) living in heaven. In Gen.1:6 this veil is called a firmament put in place to divide the life (waters) on earth and the life of the gods in heaven.
Now all theists proclaim a “good” God, but rtheists are not impressed, because they see all the flaws, even evil in the acts and commands of the gods. So they proclaim the alter ego or the opposite, reverse or inverted side of the gods. And they are not wrong by any means, because by their own confession the gods are both “good and evil”.
Gen.3:22 “And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil!”
OBVERSE THEISM (OTHEISM)
- This means that theism, the alter ego of atheism, has two counterparts, namely Obverse Theism (otheism) and Reverse Theism (rtheism). Otheism is so called because that is the principal side of theism facing humanity with currently about 6billion people expressing some sort of believe in the divine, and not because it is a better position.
To be an obverse theist means to proclaim the good or positive side of God. However, when all facts are taken into consideration, the scales are equally balanced between rtheism and otheism with an equal number of believers on both sides. On the other hand, ALL humans in the world, no matter to what religion their faith-extensions are coupled to, are atheists, based on the physicality of their body and natural brains.
1. Natural and Spiritual Otheism: Now to make matters just a little bit more complicated, the two counterparts of Theism are again subdivided into two equal different sections. The otheism subdivisions are:
1a. Natural Otheism (notheism): These are believers in God, but their religions are based on the physical. These believers are endowed with a literal understanding of i.e. the Bible and for whom the expression of their beliefs is based on physical expressions like ritual washing, the foods they eat, in what manner and how often they pray and etcetera.
To them the natural weighs more than the spiritual. The principal religion of notheism that is connected to the Bible is Judaism. Islam is also a religion of notheism, but they are divorced from the Bible to get a holy book with ties to the Bible, but with a unique message. There are a host of other notheism religions that are also generated by the Bible, of which the most recognised may be Creationism.
1b. Spiritual Otheism (sotheism): Sotheism is the counterpart of notheism. Sotheists are also believers in God, but their beliefs is based upon the spiritual. These believers are endowed with a spiritual understanding of the Bible.
For them expression of their beliefs are spiritual, with an undertone of the physical. To them where and how often they pray are of little consequence. Physical food doesn’t have the same religious value as refraining from un-kosher practices like indulging in pornography etc.
The principle sotheist religion generated by the Bible is Christianity and the foremost extra-biblical sotheist religion is Hinduism. The holy books of these two mainstream religions also sprout a host of other sotheist religions, the most recognised of those sprouted by the Bible may be Mormonism.
2. Natural and Spiritual Rtheism: On the other side of the coin of Obverse Theism there are also a dualistic pair that operate under the banner of Reverse Theism. These subdivisions are:
2a. Natural Rtheism (nrtheism): These are those believers who see God in Nature. These nrtheists are found all over the world and whatever they believe in is based on nature. To them fire, lightning, the wind, mountains, trees, rocks, rivers, the sea and etcetera are all expressions of the gods. Many ancient cultures and even current indigenous religions are based on these natural phenomena and the gods are offered prayers, even offerings to appease them.
2b. Spiritual Rtheism (srtheism): These are the believers who see the spiritual side of God, but they see the reverse view of the otheist view. Where obverse theists proclaim a “good” God by default, srtheists observe and proclaim the bad or evil side of the gods. Like in nrtheism they are not organised in groups or sects but are more like a loose federation of individuals from all over the globe.
However, spiritual borders are very easy to cross. That means that these rtheists are found even between those who label themselves as otheists. Those who find themselves in a camp where they are not sure whether they rightly belong there can be called the Judases of obverse theism. The opposite is also true: “Infiltrators” or Judases from otheism can be found in the camp of rtheism.
This is not because theists want to be Judases in the opposite camp, but because they are unsure of where they belong. These humans call themselves impressive names like gnostic/agnostic atheists, or gnostic/agnostic theists, but to no avail, because gnostic means “to know” and agnostic means “not to know”.
- Gnosticism is just an expression of knowing that one doesn't know on which side of the spiritual divide one belongs, while...
- Agnosticism is just an admission that one is unsure on which side of the spiritual divide one belongs.
That means these people who do/don’t know where they belong must manoeuvre themselves in a certain camp of theism, or stay where they are as Judases. Even that won’t be a catastrophe.
There is one mainstream religion that need to be discussed separately: That is the religion of Buddhism. Many people define Buddhism as an atheist religion because Buddhists do not believe in any God. Others again define Buddhism as a theist religion, because they believe in Nirvana and an afterlife. So, what is the real position of Buddhism?
As the two definitions indicate, Buddhism is in fact an amalgamation of otheism and rtheism. It’s like the spread that keeps the two slices of bread together to make a nice sandwich. Otheism and rtheism cannot be allowed to float around like there are no connection between the two, so Buddhism fulfills that vital function.
Like all other mainstream religion, the basic essence of Buddhism will be found in humans and even groups of humans all over the religious spectrum.
One thing that must be clearly understood within these massively diverse religious views all over the spiritual spectrum is that there is a reason and a place for each and every one of them and each one has a very distinctive function within the greater spiritual reality.
That means that like all humans are physically the children of Mother Nature, all humans are at the same time spiritually the children of Father Divine, where His great diversity manifests in all the different expressions of religion. It is like the earth draped in the magnificent colours of a gigantic rainbow.
So where does science come into the greater picture? We already mentioned that science serves secular or physical humanity. Where religion gives humanity insight into the divine or spiritual reality, science gives humans insight into the natural reality.
Science serves physical humanity by providing the technology for humans to survive in nature as well as together with nature. When all of humanity understand it is one great fraternal spiritual reality and the need for strife and war is eliminated, then science can redirect its ability to create weapons of destruction and remake the swords into plowshares.
- Science brings the macrocosm as well as the microcosm into focus for humans.
- Science let us view the macro-universe as well as the micro-universe from close up.
- Science is forever on a mission of rolling back the frontiers for humanity.
When science redirect its ability to create weapons of destruction and remake the swords into plowshares humanity will surely ride the biggest wave ever and everything will become possible for a united humanity.
SCIENCE, A MAINSTREAM RELIGION
However, Science is one of the 7 Mainstream Religions. Although Science serve physical humanity, humans can only access Science and all glorious divine knowledge by means of its God connection or faith extension we call belief.
Science is the sole physical religion, but as we discussed in a previous article, Science is a conglomeration of Human Science and Divine Science, and only an amalgamation of these two fraternal partners can truly be called Science.
As with spiritual religious faith, the animal kingdom is excluded from this divine institute we call science.
Even though Science (tries to) verify all its glorious theories, it still needs faith or belief to do its work. The only difference between this faith/belief of Science and that of spiritual religions is the fact that the faith/belief of spiritual religions can be called “blind” faith/belief, in contrast to the “seeing” faith/belief of Science.
Jesus Christ is the Spiritual Light of the world and through all the different spiritual religions, this light is split into the full spiritual spectrum and the colours of this spiritual rainbow is spread into every nook and cranny of the world. In this way humanity gets a jigsaw puzzle of the heavenly institution we call God, of which spiritual humans are its spiritual Image.
Jesus Christ is also the physical light of the world and through the physical religion of Science, God throws light on the Muniverse and with it, the complete physical creation. In this way humanity gets a jigsaw puzzle of all aspects of the universe, through the different faculties of the divine institute we call Science.
- The rule of money is the last of the wild horses that must be tamed and brought into the fold of humanity, to serve and not to be served, to become a commodity instead of being worshiped as a deity.
For too long the fruit Mother earth has to offer had been very badly distributed between her children and a culture of the “haves” and “have nots” have driven many a nail into the coffin of peaceful coexistence. This will not be allowed to be continued in the Sixth Generation.
Every human being has a contribution to make towards the well-being of the global society, so every human being will be entitled to a fair share of the pie.
Together with science, money in the historical form of trading skills for services, will take humanity to a new kind of uniting upliftment, when everybody will be a somebody and nobody will be a nobody.
THE HUMAN RUDDER
With science playing a prominent role in natural humanity and the divine set-up playing a prominent role in spiritual humanity, it means that the ship of humanity is a catamaran type craft with a double-purpose bridge connecting the twin hulls. The one hull houses Secular Humanity and the other Spiritual Humanity. The ship is also steered by dual rudders. It stands to reason that if these rudders steer in different directions, it will result in utter chaos.
It also stands to reason that there cannot be two different captains on board. One captain with two vice captains will be an imperative. One vice-captain has to be a Master Scientist leading a Technocracy, and the other a Chief Priest leading the Theocracy, with the Captain himself being a Divine Ambassador. Only in such a set-up will humanity be able to negotiate the rough seas of the immediate future and steer global humanity into a safe harbour at the end of times.
The main challenge for a sincere government run by the Captain and his two vice-captains will be to keep a distance between the secular government and the spiritual government. A spiritual government only has jurisdiction over the spiritual side of humans. In the spiritual hull, God is King, the different holy books are President and humanity is One Great Family of religious families.
In the physical hull, Secularity is King, Science is President and humanity is One Great Family. So how can these two seemingly irreconcilable views be amalgamated? The “problem” is, humans live in one physical body that houses both realities. And the answer is simple.
All humans in the physical reality are obliged to visit the spiritual reality to express their religion, but on the other side of the coin all humans also must return to the physical reality to live out their secular lives. That means all humans must at all times remember a password that will enable them freedom of movement over the bridge on to the other side and back.
And the password? "The Golden Rule".
- “Do good things to others and to the rest of creation as you would like to be done to you”.
- “Do not do bad things to other humans and the rest of creation as you would like not to be done to you.
This password must be engraved in the minds and the palms of the hands of all people on the ship of humanity where nobody will be passengers, but where everybody will be officers, maintaining the meaning of that password by living it.
